01What kinds of RV repair does OCRV Center handle?+
Collision and structural work, fiberglass and delamination, paint and refinishing, body, glass and doors, roofs, slides and awnings, interior and remodeling, electrical, power and generators, plumbing, appliances and rooftop air conditioning, plus custom fabrication and detailing. Engine, transmission and drivetrain work sit outside the scope and are not performed here, so anything chassis mechanical needs a different provider.
02I have a stain on my ceiling. Is that an interior repair?+
Almost never only that. A ceiling stain is the visible end of water that entered somewhere else, usually a roof penetration or a window frame, and traveled along framing to that point. The investigation starts at the source. Repainting the ceiling without finding the entry produces the same stain again after the next storm.
03How do I know whether a problem is structural?+
Watch for changes in geometry. Door and compartment gaps that shifted, a slide that became harder to run, cracks appearing at window or door corners, or a coach that sits differently than it used to. Those indicate load moving through the structure. They get measured against reference points rather than adjusted at the symptom.
04Can you diagnose the problem over the phone or by email?+
Category, usually. Extent, no. Photographs and a good description are enough to confirm the work fits the scope and to point at the right department. Water intrusion, delamination and structural complaints all hide their real extent behind a panel, so pricing them requires the vehicle in a stall and an inspection performed on it.
05What does diagnostic time cost?+
In depth diagnostics bill at the posted rate of $285 per hour with a one hour minimum, and that time is credited against an authorized repair. RV systems estimates covering slides, awnings, water, electrical and generators are $150, also credited. Collision estimates are complimentary. Every published rate appears on the prices pages.
